  10.     I have seen AddResource fail in two cases; where the handle is nil or
  11. when it is currently pointing to an existing resource.  The latter is most
  12. often the problem.  Did fPicHandle come from a resource? I noted you have a
  13. ReadFrom method.  Did you read from a resource?
